Who can use Hearts & Charts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Anyone may try the free snapshot by entering their own birth details or a consenting adult's birth details, but a full report purchase requires an account holder who is 18 or older.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Hearts & Charts only to explore your own relationships. You agree not to: enter another person's birth data without their permission (you confirm this at the consent checkpoint); use the service to monitor, stalk, or make decisions about someone without their knowledge; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell report content; or use the chat feature to seek medical, legal, or financial advice, or to try to circumvent the safety guardrails described in our Disclaimer.
What a purchase gets you
A report purchase gives you one-time, non-subscription access to one relationship's compatibility report: the full written report, its PDF export, and a limited allowance of grounded chat questions about that report. There is no recurring charge. See our Refund Policy for how a refund affects this access.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. A material change bumps the policy version shown at the bottom of this page; continuing to use Hearts & Charts after an update means you accept the revised terms.
