If you're not satisfied with your first report purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no explanation needed. This no-questions-asked policy applies to your first paid report; contact us if you have a question about a later purchase.
What happens when you get a refund
A refund immediately revokes access to that report: you will no longer be able to view it, download its PDF, or chat about it, and any share link you created for it stops working right away.
How to request a refund
Email support@heartsandcharts.com with the email address on your account, or use the refund request option on your account page. We aim to process refund requests within a few business days.
